I had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they could really benefit from a bit of a refresh. The dining experience left something to be desired, as the breakfast wasn't as hot as I expected and the staff were less than cheerful. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and comfort offered by the hotel, but the dining service could definitely improve.

We had a lovely stay, perfect for a quick family getaway. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the surroundings were beautiful with nearby walking paths. However, breakfast could be more substantial, as it felt a little lacking on variety. Overall, it's a great value for a night or two, especially with the close proximity to transport links for day trips.

The hotel is beautifully located with scenic surroundings and quirky charm, making it a delightful stay for families and fans of Harry Potter. The rooms were adequate but faced issues with temperature and cleanliness during our visit. The service in the dining area needs improvement, especially during busy times. Overall, it’s a nice spot for those looking to explore the nearby attractions, but the dining experience could use a makeover.

This hotel has a lovely, rural setting that's surprisingly peaceful given its proximity to the M25. The Beefeater restaurant next door offers good value meals, and the staff were genuinely attentive. However, some areas of the accommodation felt a bit tired, and the lack of air conditioning made for uncomfortable nights during our stay. The dining experience at breakfast was inconsistent, which could use some improvements.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were generally clean but felt quite tired with dated furniture. I experienced some noise from the staircase, and the temperature was uncomfortably warm, without air conditioning.
Service
7.0
The staff were very attentive, especially during breakfast service, but some issues seemed to be overwhelming for them at times.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location next to the M25 was surprising as it felt quite rural and idyllic, with scenic views and wildlife. It's convenient for accessing the Harry Potter Studio tour, which was a huge plus.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the Beefeater was nice with a decent selection; however, I found breakfast quality to vary significantly and not up to par with my previous visits.
Facilities
6.0
Facility-wise, the hotel met basic needs but desperately needs air conditioning to improve comfort during the warmer months.

The hotel was a mixed bag for me. While the location was ideal and clean, I encountered several issues that overshadowed my overall experience. The bed was comfortable, but the noise from the nearby road and the state of the dining service left a lot to be desired. I would consider it for a stopover, but be prepared for some shortcomings.
Rooms
7.0
The room was tidy with a comfortable bed, but I noticed some dust and cobwebs that could have been addressed better.
Service
6.0
Some staff members were incredibly helpful, but overall I felt the service lacked coordination, especially in the restaurant.
Location
8.0
Located conveniently near major attractions, it's a great spot for travelers, but the surrounding road conditions were a bit off-putting.
Dining
5.0
I found the Beefeater restaurant atmosphere pleasant, but the food and service during our visit were quite disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
The outdoor areas were lovely, but I didn’t have the chance to explore them fully due to the noisy surroundings.
